Rob Anderson - CEO & Managing Director

Rob is an experienced company executive with more than 20 years background in the software industry. He was a founder shareholder in Striva Corporation, helping build that from start up to international presence prior to the strategic acquisition by Informatica Corporation in 2003, Rob then working at Informatica for some years after the acquisition. Prior to that Rob was head of global services and business solutions at Constellar Corporation, a pioneering ETL/EAI developer, after several years at UBS AG and other financial organisations in London.

Rob holds a M.Sc. degree in Materials Science from the Victoria University of Manchester. Rob tries to play golf when he can and is getting too old (and busy) for ocean racing.

Seth Barakzai - Sales Manager

With more than 20 years' experience as a mainframe software specialist, in sales and recruitment, Seth brings a wealth of experience and professionalism to IPROS. Seth is known for having an exceptional talent for organisation, a model sales professional with confidence and honesty.

When not working his buns off, Seth likes to relax with his family. He is now honoured to be a grandfather (although he feels too young!!).

Gordon Jenkinson – Technical Director/CTO

An IT professional since 1990 with experience of enterprise scale application development and technical architecture. Gordon has extensive experience with companies in the UK, US and Ireland from Fortune 500 companies to SMEs delivering complex technology solutions. Gordon has encyclopaedic knowledge of open source systems including many BI tools, ETL tools, CMS, CRM and eCommerce systems and their use in building infrastructures that work for businesses and provide continually measurable benefit.

Gordon holds a bachelors degree in Computer Sciences from Dublin City University.

Advisory Board

John Botten

John is an active investor in a number of early technology companies. John retired from IBM where he was head of large systems for EMEA and a member of the IBM UK main Board. Prior to that John was a Naval diving officer and also served on the Board of the UK Forensic Science Service.

Geoffrey Planer

Geoffrey has more than 30 years of experience with technical companies and has first-hand experience of strategic acquisitions, licensing, financial structuring and the associated liaison with company boards, senior management and advisors. He has been a founder, non-executive and investor in a number of technical companies as well as advising equity investor groups and institutions.
